Paweł Soluch Chief Executive Officer
Founder and President of Neuro Device Group S.A. Neuropsychologist and neuronavigation expert – consultant at the Department of Neurosurgery, Medical University of Warsaw completing his doctoral dissertation in the field of functional brain research. Scholarship holder of the Foundation for Polish Science. Combines practical medical knowledge with scientific experience, successfully opening new possibilities for applying technology in medicine. Initiator of numerous research and development projects subsidized by the Committee for Scientific Research, the National Center for Research and Development, and the European Union. Author of several dozen scientific posters, lectures, and publications on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and psychophysiology.
Mateusz Orzechowski Chief Technology Officer
Co-founder and Member of the Board for Technology of Neuro Device Group S.A. Ph.D. at the Warsaw University of Technology, lecturer at the University of Warsaw – scientist, programmer, engineer. Author of many publications in the field of neuroimaging, initiator of radiological diagnostic programs, including PERMON and BronchoVision, as well as co-author of innovative research methodology using psychophysiological measurements and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). At Neuro Device, he sets high technological standards and supervises every stage of the creative process.
Olga Reunamo Member of the Board
Member of the Board of Neuro Device Group S.A. At the company since 2013. Previously, she successfully performed the function of Director of Marketing Communications and Development as well as was in charge of the Quality Management System. Experienced manager with 13 years of marketing experience. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin – she combines a humanistic passion of creation with cool, businesslike calculation.
Agnieszka Sztajerwald Director of Accounting
Working at Neuro Device Group S.A. since 2009. She is responsible for the company’s finances: manages the Accounting Department, prepares analyzes and financial reports, and monitors cash flows. Oversees the settlement of EU subsidies and payroll and personnel administration. An expert with over 20 years of experience. Graduated with Master’s degree in corporate finance and accounting from the Romuald Kudlinski Academy.
Krzysztof Malej Head of Research and Innovation
Employed at Neuro Device Group S.A. since 2014. Currently in the position of Head od Research & Innovation. He is also an expert on the brain-computer interface (BCI) technology. Graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with the title Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Enthusiast of research equipment related to registration of psychophysiological data, functional brain research and non-invasive methods of brain stimulation.
Luiza Drygiel Chief Operating Officer
At Neuro Device Group S.A. since 2017 – currently serves the function of Chief Operating Officer, earlier R&D Manager and Scrum Master. A graduate in economics and management at the University of Warsaw. Certified project manager – Professional Scrum Master I, PRINCE2 Foundation with 5 years of practice. Ceaselessly expanding her knowledge – presently completing doctoral studies in the field of economic sciences at the Kozminski University.
