24th of June, we took part in the Akademia BioMed PFR event during which our representatives shared their knowledge and experience.
Our CEO, Paweł presented his idea of the Freedom Focused Company. Luiza, our R&D Manager, was talking about the adaptation of SCRUM to hardware projects. She also said proudly, that our’s company culture focusing on respect, communication and credibility was created 4 years before adding such values to the Scrum Guide.
At the and, Paulina, our project manager, was talking about the implementation of Design Thinking and Service Design in the project work and conducted a workshop on the trend-based identification of users’ needs.
